Southern California Whiskey Club is pleased to host Eric Kaye for an impressive flight of independent rum. This is a rare opportunity to try a fascinating series of ultra-premium limited edition rums from the US importer Holmes Cay - Single Cask Rum collection. The company was founded in 2019 to bring exceptional examples of the rum distillers’ craft to US spirits lovers.

Members will have an opportunity to taste six different aged rums from five countries, ranging from 10 to 18 years in the cask. Featuring ALL of Holmes Cay - Single Cask Rum’s 2020 and 2021 limited editions. Bring those rum questions that you’ve been wondering about and get ready for a master class in aged rum.
