Nikka Whisky was established in 1894, and will celebrate their 90th anniversary this year! For the past 3 years they have been counting down the event by releasing their limited edition "Discovery Series." Each release in the series was intended to give us a peek at behind-the-scenes experiments that typically never make it to the outside world. We will try the whole series and compare them to their current releases.
