about Prohibition Liquor Co:
Prohibition Liquor Co. was created in 2015 by a couple of Adelaide locals, Adam Carpenter and Wes Heddles. with an entrepreneurial spirit and a shared passion for gin, they worked to create an exceptional neat-drinking gin, spending the first two years making over 14,000 bottles from one inner-suburbs backyard garage. Prohibition opened the tasting room in late 2017 and commissioned ‘Mary’, their still, to distill all of their small batch spirits. With an exceptional quality product and distinctive brand, they have collected over 60 international awards for their spirits and packaging so far. [link 1] [link 2]
