about Garrison Brothers Distillery:
Garrison Brothers Distillery is a distillery in Hye, Texas. The distillery produces Texas Straight Bourbon, as well as some experimental variants. In 2006, the distillery was granted the first stiller's permit for bourbon outside of Kentucky and Tennessee, which makes it the oldest legal bourbon distillery in Texas. [link]

Fukano Amabie release is a robust Manzanilla Sherry single cask that yielded just 180 bottles with Japanese folklore as the label art. The character is a Yōkai 妖怪, that in 1846 delivered a prophecy, “good harvest will continue for six years from the current year; if disease spreads, draw a picture of me and show the picture of me to those who fall ill" to help heal the sick. During COVID-19, depictions of Amabie have become popular because of its symbolic countermeasure to the pandemic. [link]
Ohishi Madeira “7” year is the sister cask to our very well received single cask from 2020. This release is 41.5% ABV (last year’s was 41.2%) and carries much of the same characteristics of the previous and is a year older. Each sherry cask – which is hand-selected by master distiller Richard Paterson – gives the whisky a deep copper colour and flavours of crushed almonds, cinnamon, ginger, and citrus. Originating in London, Cutty Sark broke the whisky drinking rules and brought something completely different to bars and homes that was made for experimenting with. Launched at the height of drink and cocktail culture in the twenties, Cutty Sark has remained synonymous with creating great-tasting drinks for enjoying in great company.
SCWC will be the first whisky club to launch the new Cutty Sark 12 in the USA.
Cutty Sark has been very gracious to join us in supporting Everytown for Gun Safety with all profits from this event going directly to prevent gun violence and save lives.
