Sarah Berardi, Hendrick’s ambassador, will guide us on an educational adventure on Hendricks gin. We will begin with a welcome cocktail and significant light bites in the private loft at Wally’s Santa Monica. The night will feature a deconstruction of gin — tasting and learning about the different components. Then, we’ll enjoy neat tastes of these limited edition expressions paired with cocktails served in tiny martini glasses. For the grand finale, the Wally’s staff will create a special cocktail for a perfect ending to our first-ever gin tasting as a club.
